Saddle hunting can be a super effective method for those hunters who want to go in light and come out heavy. But it's not for everyone, especially those who lack the strength and mobility to get into and out of a tree and hang from a rope for many hours at a time. Being physically prepared for the specific demands that a saddle hunter is faced with can make all the difference and bring more enjoyment to your next saddle hunting adventure. This program will help you build the physical foundation needed for a safer, more successful saddle hunting experience.
This 4 week training program requires very little gear or equipment to successfully complete, allowing you to train in your home gym or at fully outfitted facility. The program provides athletes with 3 days/week of focused training sessions utilizing bands, DB's or KB's and a sturdy cooler.
Equipment needs: Continuous loop bands, DB's and/or KB's, a sturdy cooler for stepping on.
